LG Smart TV / LG Content Store missing ITV Player / ITV Hub Live and Catch Up App

I recently purchased an LG LG 43LF590V Smart TV (review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdRfpOgWZqE) and noticed it had all the popular streaming / catch up apps installed like BBC iPlayer, NowTV, Amazon, NetFlix but was missing ITV Player or ITV Hub.

So I headed to the LG Content store app and I couldn’t find it there either which is a bit strange but the video explains why.

Apparently its available on Samsung smart tvs though but that’s no use to me as I have an LG.
